My Journey to This Place
I started coaching because I’ve personally experienced a career-ending illness and I believe my experience can help drivers avoid similar outcomes.
I’ve reversed or improved multiple health conditions including obesity, insulin resistance/diabetes, fatty liver, brain fog, chronic inflammation, chronic fatigue, sleep apnea, asthenia (unexplained weakness), plantar fasciitis, and neuropathy. I’ve also improved my coronary health significantly.
This was all done while dealing with ocular cancer and its aftermath. I believe in the power of coaching because I’ve been coached and currently lean on coaches for support. I’ve struggled for twenty five years doing it myself. If I had quality health coaching I could have lived a much healthier and happier life. I use the principles I teach to manage my health and the conditions my ocular cancer has caused.
When we stop challenging ourselves, we begin to die.
